  • For the “Credify Driver” Application:To Provide real-time location tracking and logistical management.For users of our ‘Credify Driver’ mobile application, we collect location data to enable real-time tracking of drivers and their associated shipments within the supply chain, as part of our contracted services for financial and logistical solutions.This allows us to monitor deliver progress, optimize routess, ensure security of goods in transit and provide arrival estimates to our clients. For both applications;
    (a) To display your current location: To show your current position on maps within the apps for navigation (if applicable to the Shipping app) or service initiation.
    (b) For fraud prevention and security: Location data (specifically from the Driver app) helps us detect unusual activity or potential fraud related to shipment movements.
    (c) For service improvement and analytics: To understand how our services are used, optimize app performance, and develop new features related to location-based services (e.g., identifying frequently used routes or delivery zones). When used for analytics, this data is often aggregated and anonymized where possible.”

If we or a fraud prevention agency determine that you pose a fraud or money laundering risk we may refuse to provide the services or financing you have requested or stop providing existing services to you.

Upon submitting your application for a credit facility or service, we may forward your personal/business information to credit reference agencies in order to obtain your financial history. We do this to assess creditworthiness and product suitability, check your identity, manage your account, trace and recover debts and prevent criminal activity.

We may also continue to exchange information about you with Credit reference agencies on an ongoing basis, including about your settled accounts and any debts not fully repaid on time. Credit reference may in turn share your information with other organizations. Your data will also be linked to the data of your spouse, any joint applicants or other financial associates.
