If we or a fraud prevention agency determine that you pose a fraud or money laundering risk we may refuse to provide the services or financing you have requested or stop providing existing services to you.
Upon submitting your application for a credit facility or service, we may forward your personal/business information to credit reference agencies in order to obtain your financial history. We do this to assess creditworthiness and product suitability, check your identity, manage your account, trace and recover debts and prevent criminal activity.
We may also continue to exchange information about you with Credit reference agencies on an ongoing basis, including about your settled accounts and any debts not fully repaid on time. Credit reference may in turn share your information with other organizations. Your data will also be linked to the data of your spouse, any joint applicants or other financial associates.

Unless necessary to further processing of loans, Client requests, transactions and matters permitted by this policy or the individual contractual document under which Credify has undertaken to provide a service or a facility, or to recover the same from a defaulting Client, we do not share Client information with third parties.
